Pros

Young workforce means that high performing new hires into the company can move up quickly if they manage their opportunities properly. Starting pay is generally competitive. There are a ton of training opportunities and opportunities to move laterally to improve breadth of experience.

Cons

Salary compression is fierce. Leadership is sketchy in some departments with top heavy structures. Cyclical businesses lead to periodic layoffs. Performance appraisal process is flawed and leads to poor morale.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
