      Pros

      Positive attitude toward diversity, lots of opportunities for taking different roles. Great affinity groups and community involvement. Challenging work and a yearly bonus based on your local entity's performance.

      Cons

      The Seymour plant does not have the same culture. Some groups are better than others, so it's important to get a good feel from the hiring manager.

      Pros

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
