Pros

Great pirks. Good bonus . Good team.

Cons

A number of senior managers are lacking the skill, experience and competence what is required for the position they were put in ( not advertised for other candidates). They live of the hard work , intelligence and dedication of their reports , and they take credit freely for work done by their reports. Performance is assed by the core values of the company not how you perform in your job. This culture is toxic to individual achievement. It rewards people who work just hard enough not to be disciplined, and celebrates procedural adherence over outcomes. Through over-adoption of 'best practice' in the market the company have created a system that rewards generic performance and does not confront or manage non performance, rather piles the work of the non performing employee to some one who works very hard already. Politics is rampant above the middle management line, and there's no sense of structured career planning or assistance with your future. Salary offered below mid management is not competitive with market value.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
