Pros

Good Benefits, most teams have supportive management. From a technical standpoint, there is always good engineering work and great people to learn from and network with as you develop. And Cummins does a great job of investing in new technologies.

Cons

Outdated software and systems at time driven by large company making it hard to change. Some lack of transparency from leadership at times, and some HR roadblocks hurting personal development.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
