Better management needed - Engineer Cummins Employee Review

Good working culture and leadership interaction.

Not many, there are inherent cons to working at a large corporation.

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
