Pros

Amazing culture! Women founded, lead and supported. This company truly feels like family, we hold each other accountable (including leadership) and everyone is open to feedback and takes it to heart. I can very honestly and openly say I have never felt the Sunday scaries working here, in fact I get excited to bring my ideas to the team every Monday. Never have I ever worked for a company that actually cares for their employees and lives and breathes their core values.

Cons

You may have to wear a few hats… but if you are in it for the long haul then you shouldn’t mind!

Pros

The people who actually do things are amazing. All of the people who actually provide value to the company collaborate and communicate effectively.

Cons

The people who can only Manage other people and don't actually execute, know how to make strategic decisions, or provide any value to the ecosystem create a toxic environment for everybody around them. I suspect they realize they don't actually provide any value and therefore resort to creating and supporting straw men for job security which creates a toxic environment for everybody who can actually be held accountable for their output. They lie, discourage collaboration, and will manipulate everything to fit into their narrow world view for their own security with no respect for how their actions affect the environment around them.
