      Pros

      Amazing culture! Women founded, lead and supported. This company truly feels like family, we hold each other accountable (including leadership) and everyone is open to feedback and takes it to heart. I can very honestly and openly say I have never felt the Sunday scaries working here, in fact I get excited to bring my ideas to the team every Monday. Never have I ever worked for a company that actually cares for their employees and lives and breathes their core values.

      You may have to wear a few hats… but if you are in it for the long haul then you shouldn’t mind!

Small team environment with the ability to have a visible impact Cons: 1. Leadership culture can feel fear-based and difficult to navigate 2. Feedback and objective business concerns are not always received constructively 3. Role clarity, accountability, and decision-making can be inconsistent 4. Employees may feel unsupported or undermined when raising concerns 5. The internal culture does not always reflect the values promoted externally

      Because it is a small company you will have many hats in your position, and won't get compensated for everything you do.
