      Crowe recognises and actually works towards getting its employees a healthy work load balance.

      Cons

      Compensation is low as compared to big4s but I guess it is justifiable with the non monetary benefits

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
