      Pros

      Learned a lot from the large amount of work. There are some great people to work with. Fridays off in July and August.

      Cons

      Too much work is assigned during busy seasons. Poor scheduling. Insufficient and unhelpful training for the work expected. A lot of favouritism and cliquishness.
