      Monthly social events for employees.

      Cons

      Management not prepared for different cultures, it's common harassment/shouting/working over hours without being paid. And they payment is very low for the responsibility you have.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
