      Pros

      Had the opportunity to work on different industries. Worked on different teams. I also traveled for an out of town engagement which was very interesting.

      Cons

      Didn't get the opportunity to work on a busy season. Since the internship was for the summer, mostly focused on benefit plans.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
