Pros

- Good environment - You can learn so many things. Most seniors are very welcome delightfully to teach you - The office is open space-coded so it's easier for us to discuss in a team - It's easier to get double promote if you have a good connection

Cons

- The salary is considered standard - There is no further explanation about your contract after the probation in my division, at least until you got promoted after one year working - This extreme cons depends on which division you belong. My division (until I wrote this review) still hasn't paid our out of pocket expenses, overtime, overtime meal and transportation. It's been 10 months.

Pros

As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

Cons

Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
