      Flexible hour, hybrid, good pay

      Cons

      The hours can be very long, minimum of 55 hours during busy season. Usually more because 55 hours is what you’re scheduled for but anything else you have to clean up are on top of the 55 Off season is 45 hours expected

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
