Pros
Benefits were solid, my group was very accomidating for taking time off. Some maanagers did a very good job teaching skills that translated across job functions and explaining the impact of decisions and how it effected financial reporting/ what ever you were working on.
Cons
Lack of work. Market for services below up, my office was over staffed and they were losing clients. Things might have been diferent if the market was huming alond. Some managers were not good a managing or working with others.
