      Mostly good people. Great work/life balance. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Changes in the C-suite has changed the core values of the firm. HR does not help when you have an issue with your manager, and automatically takes their side without discussion of the issue with the employee.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
