Pros
1) Competitive compensation in comparison to the Big 4. 2) Respected name within the industry. 3) Congenial and helpful employees. 4) Good benefits and work life balance. 5) Open door policy with managers and partners.
Cons
The only downside is the fact that incoming associates and staff have no say in the departments that they are placed in which can increase the chances of being "pigeonholed".
