      They are a typical consulting firm.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of travel (forget your family and kids when you start working here) Management is stingy when it comes to pay You can have less work load and better pay somewhere else There is no motivation to work here

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
