Pros
Received timely and appropriate training to allow me to keep current on new accounting pronoucements.
Cons
The Managers & Sr. Managers I worked for were unresponsive to emails and phone calls from me and even clients. These managers seemed to want me to fail. Focus by management is on meeting one's charge-hour budget but not exceeding each engagement's audit budget.
