      It is public accounting, so a lot of these companies are about the same, but they do make you feel appreciated.

      You have good managers and some not so great ones, but that is something you would see anywhere.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
