      Lots of work variety. Good experience. Seems to have lots of opportunities for advancement if management likes you.

      Cons

      A lot of unexplained changes that are not communicated to employees properly. Lots of hour in comparison to pay and time off.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
