      Friendly co-workers. The overall culture of the company is great.

      Cons

      Limited growth. The compay provides good guidance along the way in the initial stage. However due to job nature, the tasks are more likely repetitive and the growth rate will slow down over time.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Work life balance and remote flexibility is great here. Everyone is also supportive and willing to help where they can

      Not the best communication with management and not always clear on the best path for growing or being open to opportunities
