Pros
Crowe does a great job of allowing employees to pursue their interests. From what I've seen, as long as you make it known what you want to pursue in your career, Crowe encourages you and supports you. So much experience to gain as long as you're proactive.
Cons
Some standard corporate friction when innovating (risk controls, approvals, etc. all standard for big companies like Crowe)
