Pros
Good PTO policy, decent pay for middle management, some opportunities for growth Work from anywhere policy and lots of remote work options. Flexible schedule as long as you get your work done and are always available to the clients
Cons
Lower pay for entry level and staff positions Opportunities for movement and growth need to be sought proactively, leaders do not help find opportunities unless you need more billable hours. Part-time or alternative work arrangements will be denied in client-facing roles, almost no exceptions. Internal-facing roles have not security, they are the first to be cut in a RIF
