Cons

The company culture lacks collaboration and does not promote effective teamwork. Employees often work in silos, with limited communication across teams. A common mindset of “that’s not my responsibility” discourages initiative and shared ownership of tasks. Favoritism is evident, with the same individuals—often lacking proper qualifications—repeatedly assigned leadership roles. This limits growth opportunities for others and creates an uneven playing field. Issues like chronic tardiness, absenteeism, and subpar performance are frequently overlooked by management. Accountability is inconsistent, leading to a decline in overall standards. Qualified employees are often passed over in favor of others who are stretched thin without additional compensation. Key projects are assigned based on convenience rather than merit, which impacts quality and contributes to low morale. Opportunities are not shared fairly, restricting professional development across the team. In addition, it’s common to see employees engaged in non-work-related activities—such as reading, using personal devices, or idling at their desks—during work hours. Whether due to lack of engagement or limited opportunity to contribute, this visible inactivity further lowers motivation among more driven team members. Overall, the environment reflects a lack of structure, support, and accountability, making it a challenging and unproductive workplace.
