Pros

I worked with a couple really good people, including the manager of this location. Manager was initially very lenient about time-off and if you were running late in the morning for whatever reason.

Cons

This is a dead product for starters, nobody legitimately has use for a check guarantee service. So there is no real money to be made. We were forced to take a minimum 30-min lunch, and were penalized for clocking in at 28-min or 29-min (suspended after 3 violations) due to some absurd California labor law apparently (even though we are in AZ). I'm relatively certain they allowed multiple employees return to the sales floor despite showing up drunk/hungover on multiple occasions, making the work environment impossible to take seriously. Absolutely atrocious leads via salesforce. Can't even tell you how many times I called a lead only to find out they had been out of business or over a decade or that the contact listed had died during the Reagan era.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at CrossCheck. Though selling check guarantee can be a challenging task, many of our Account Executives are able to close deals quite well. We've implemented many changes since your tenure and have seen some very positive results. Check Guarantee is still an important product for a number of industries. Although we no longer have an office in Arizona, our Irving, TX and CA Corporate office are doing quite well. We recently celebrated our 35th Anniversary this year and are looking forward to many more! Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Surprisingly there are some decent people working there. Goodness knows why. The company is located very near freeway access so you can get out of there fast at the end of the day.

Cons

Upper management is completely disconnected from the real world, many incompetent mid-level managers, really terrible building (i felt unnaturally uncomfortable every second I was in there),, insanely high turnover

Pros

This company truly cares about its employees, I went through a traumatic loss in my life and all levels of staff/management were supportive and concerned for my well being. The company works diligently to ensure a healthy and thriving work environment with opportunity to expand and grow.

Cons

Nothing that all large companies/corporations go through, nothing is perfect, but this company is open to make improvements!
