      Pros

      The work is varied - no day is the same. There are always fun incentives in the office and the rewards are good. I like the work-life balance that I'm not expected to work outside of my hours unless I want to do overtime.

      Cons

      It would be nice to see more rewards that are not performance related.

      Pros

      great opportunities for growth and to earn extra commission even with not being in a sales role Malia is also extremely supportive and goes the extra mile for the team ;) overall the team atmosphere is great, even when the work does get stressful!

      Cons

      Workload can be a lot and can be difficult to manage whilst maintaining quality
