The process was quite long start to finish. There was a first stage and second stage. Over Teams and then in the offices. I was interviewed by the Director of the department

Interview
I was told by the recruitment agency that Croner are a “corporate client” so get there early. I arrived promptly at 10.45 for an 11am interview. The interviewers didn’t bother coming out to meet me till 11.20 and offered no apology. Neither seemed particularly interested in me. They didn’t bother letting me know the outcome so I’ll just take the hint shall I? After reading reviews on here I think I’ve had a lucky escape! Also the recruiter has ghosted me since as well! Bad experience all round.

It was a smooth on boarding process with one round of interview. The manager had taken the interview and it went on for 30 mins. I joined in after a month as their batch starts once in a month.
