8yI'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. We regularly send out anonymous employee questionnaires to gather input and invite people to join forums with the leadership team to share their views. We also have our annual company day and regular Skype calls to update everyone on the direction of the company. Hopefully you will be able to share your views in more detail so that we can understand how we can address your concerns.
