Pros

I'm sharing my review because I believe candidates deserve a measured perspective and honest take that's not clouded by reactionary responses due to some recent very poor reviews on here. Burying them under 5 star reviews isn't going to appear genuine. Here's what great: - Fantastic team of individual contributors made up of smart, capable people who are also really nice and fun - Really great team leaders at the Director and VP levels across most departments. These are the leaders employees look up to and choose to stay for. They've achieved amazing things in the last year and have grown their teams in both size and with considerable internal promotions - A really good product that makes us a market leader in the space + focused on doing innovative stuff - Flexibility in terms of time off, WFH (pre-covid), remote work, and needing to get other things done. You're treated like a grown up

Cons

- Yes, it's harder for women here and it's especially hard for women in leadership roles - Yes, the C-Suite (CEO and President) is a problem from both a gender bias perspective and a top-down, controlling perspective that hinders the work and growth teams could be achieving if allowed - Lots of growing pains around establishing processes and discipline operationally - Leadership needs to be better at the 'why' of everything and inspiring employees to really care + leaves a lot of important initiatives or projects to the last minute which puts pressure on employees who need to execute - A huge product means lots of work all the time that can feel like triaging / fire drills. It can also mean employees are stuck in the day-to-day without the ability to think and plan for career growth and skill building - Benefits like parental leave were introduced too late and offer too little

Pros

Super collaborative team, open to ideas, and made me feel very valued as an intern!

Cons

Being remote it was hard at the beginning to get to know people, but the collaborative energy helped tons.

Pros

The original founder was kind, thoughtful, and cared about both employees and customers. The company remains largely remote, which provides flexibility. There used to be a strong emphasis on work-life balance (Focus Fridays), though these initiatives only exist now in name. Many colleagues are intelligent, supportive, and truly great people to work with.

Cons

The culture has significantly eroded under new leadership. Executives often feel disconnected, self-interested, and inauthentic. Town halls prioritize optics and theatrics over accountability. Frequent restructuring (at least annually) leaves roles in flux. Teams become disoriented, morale is extremely low, and many long-tenured employees are quietly seeking to leave. Promotions are often driven by nepotism and favoritism rather than merit. Ineffective managers thrive, while those who challenge the status quo are sidelined. Customers are not always treated with honesty. For example, laid-off employees were described as having “departed,” and some accounts were left uninformed when their CSPs were gone. Accounts have been shifted into a self-service model without clear communication, leaving customers confused and unsupported. Many decisions appear to be made for optics or executive positioning rather than for the benefit of customers or employees. The CEO’s reputation outside of the company has generated public controversy, which further undermines employee and customer trust.
