      Absolutely none, was basically a ponzi scheme.

      Cons

      Didn't pay super. Didn't pay salary. Constant lies and gas lighting. CEO chairman and directors behaved unethically if not criminally. Mislead shareholders. Mislead stakeholders. Mislead company staff.

      Pros

      None, company went under, Michael Rouse the CEO stole money and was fired. Also accused of harasement.

      Cons

      Everything, Upper management enabled the CEO to do as he pleased and mismanaged investors money.
