Pros
the technology you get to deal with is fun and interesting. some of the people who work there keep the culture alive and well, the people you will work with are great
Cons
management, they would not care what the lower level employees did or had to say. they pushed the blame on to anyone below them which also includes pushing THEIR work to them as well and call it their own when completed. This happened countless times No Growth no raises horrible management - all snakes The CEO and CFO John walpuck. Is not a person to lead any company. Google him and you will see all the companies he has worked/lead have failed. Business is failing since the new management from 2014 came in and still is as of 2016
