Highly impactful work! You get to work with the most interesting people and projects. The community is amazing, and if you enjoy being self-directed and collaborative, it's a great space to be in.
Cons
Remote life can get isolating, pace can lead to difficulties in project management and follow through in strategy, work can get chaotic
