Pros

Strong leadership with no micromanagement, clear expectations, and great support when needed. The team are genuine experts in their fields, which makes taking the company’s proposition to market straightforward. Really positive company culture, with regular social activities and clear communication from leadership on the direction of the company. I had a great time working at Creative CX and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pros

I truly enjoyed the 14 months of working with the CCX team; I could see the positive culture and the ability to get everyone involved even though we were mostly working from home. The team strives for continuous improvement while maintaining the level of fun throughout. I worked with the team on a Freelance basis, but they always involved me and made me feel like I was part of their team - this is so rare to find and speaks volumes about the culture and communication within the team. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work with a fast-paced team of experts in experimentation.
