Cons
Minimum wage for all staff, including management. Managers from other companies are brought in with no knowledge of the venue, and are very discriminatory. Pay rises do not exist & only General Managers are paid a bog standard salary. Very unsociable hours, varying from at least 14 hour shifts in most venues, working at least 60-90 hours a week. 0 hour contract. No tips or service charge. HR does not exist, no way to put forward formal complaints. Head office only work 9-5 and are very slow getting back in touch with staff issues.
