High expectations but under-value employees - Quality Inspector Cox Machine Employee Review

Fantastic training, great people, super clean working conditions

None that I can think of

$20/hour no experience or years of experience same pay

Within the first month of emplyment 5 people left the company. Poor upper management, no real training, no raises, everyone pushes blame to others, can't pay vendors and is put on credit hold all the time. Point system if you give them 2 month notice for a doctor's appointment and need to take the day off you get points.
