Cox Machine interview questions

I submitted my application and received several requests to interview which I answered with a few questions which they were not able to answer such as salary range. I was not able to takeoff work for a couple of weeks to interview as I’m very busy with my current job. I’ve been contacted him and scheduled an interview and took a vacation day off from work. The interview went very well. I waited three weeks. Never heard a word. I emailed them again, never got a response. Obviously they aren’t interested me, they could at least respond. ??

Just wanting to know about past experiences, history running 4 axis machines .Explained how they had machines set up, at which told me how they wrote the programs with a known coordinate offset for all programs ran on 4 axis machines.
