Pros

*Company offers good work-life balance *Company encourages employee development

*Health Insurance Benefits are not bad, but could be better *Many have the mindset of "That's not my job" when something doesn't get done *Management higher up will say one thing and then turn around and do another. *Quality Department was informed in November 2024 that the department was no longer seen as "value added" and that the employees in this department had until Feb. 1st 2025 to find another position within the company or the employee would receive a severance package. Employees were told that HR would help them to locate new positions and that their names would be put at the top of the list for any open positions of interest. All HR did was show employees how to search for internal jobs. The internal application review process was extremely slow even with the 2/1 deadline. As of today, there are only 2 weeks left in January and many employees still have not heard back regarding internal positions.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
