Pros
I used to work at one of their satellite offices, we were like family since the most senior employee was there for 30 years and the newest employee was there for 3 years. They laid off the entire branch in favor of hiring new employees that have little or no experience with real estate, and less wages.
Cons
They are Money-Hungry and No appreciation for employees. They hired a bunch of new employees that did not know the difference between a consumer credit report and a landlord tenant report.
