Pros

They provide good benefits, pretty comparable to tech companies in the valley. There are lots of services and groups in the company which means many opportunities if one wants to go after them to move up and around in the company.

Cons

The biggest downside to working for Corelogic is the adversarial nature of the business units in the company as a whole and how they fight with each internally. This goes beyond the different units in a specific organization being at odds ( which is very egregious at Corelogic ) but between two different units. Projects are rarely collaborations and times when you pull together to get things done but instead are meetings where different sides argue amongst each other as to who has to do what portion of the workload of the project because this team or another doesnt have time to do x, y, and z. All of this happens because Upper Management pits groups against each other. A management ideal of two interns fighting harder than the other to achieve their management chains approval will ultimately provide more for the company than two interns that work together....that seems to be operation mode the management chain takes. Ultimately it leads to a corrosive and hostile work environment.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
