Pros

The culture of the business is one of innovation and a commitment to our customers. There is a high degree of alignment between departments and time spent to ensure that there is clarity of how individual contributions ladder up to the overall company goals. The focus on supporting people to embrace new technology, particularly AI is seen both globally and locally, with a real investment of time spent on training and cultural engagement. More broadly the commitment to both progressing our underlying infrastructure, the data and the features for our customers is balanced. The environment is connected and supportive with benefits that range from half-days, to an allowance to spend on wellbeing, to baby bucks for those going on parental leave and a strong DEI focus across wellbeing, pride women in business and culture. There is a real sense of connection and community across the company and the opportunity to work with incredible leaders and intelligent specialists.

Cons

Like all workplaces, there are always improvements being made, none that are systematic.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
