The company views individuality as a strength rather than something to be polished away, which creates a very inclusive environment. Work-Life Balance: They don’t just talk about balance; they respect it. Having a hybrid schedule to still come in office to collaborate face to face while having the freedom to work from home has significantly improved my mental health. Career Longevity: People stay here because the internal mobility is fantastic. Whether you want to move up or try something totally different in another department, leadership supports your career growth. Exceptional Benefits: The 401k match is superb and definitely stands out compared to other companies in the industry. Healthcare Options: The health insurance is solid, and I specifically appreciate the HSA-eligible plans that give you a lot of flexibility with your healthcare spending. Supportive Leadership: Senior leadership genuinely cares about the "vibe" and works hard to maintain a healthy, transparent culture.

Cons

1. Even though our health care plans are solid, I would love a better PPO option. 2. Because we are a large international company with a hybrid work culture, it can be a little meeting heavy.. (But I'll take that any day than having to commute in-office 5 days a week) Overall, Cotality is an awesome company to work for and I look forward to grow my career here!

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
