Pros

- Employee resource groups are funded and encouraged. Great way to build comradery with your co-workers for a remote/hybrid work style - Participation in philanthropic events and charities for local communities - Encourages the testing and implementation of new tools and AI to create more efficient workflows for employees - Consistent internal surveys to keep a pulse on the morale of the company - Heavy focus on client adoption and delivery. Almost to a fault. - Very intelligent leaders from middle management to c-suite. They strike a rare balance between a strong work ethic and genuine compassion for their employees. - Veteran friendly. Lots of veterans in the company including active Reservists and National Guard

Cons

-Sometimes almost overly sympathetic to client needs requiring customization. Which requires a lot of time and effort for smaller teams. - There has historically been an over-adoption of various software tools that perform similar functions. Management has started trimming the "tech debt" lately, but it can still feel fragmented. - Doesn't always offer the highest base pay compared to other companies, but the benefits like well-being fund, bonuses and more make up for it. - This company has it's hands in many different sectors as an information services company. However sometimes individual teams get a little siloed from the rest of the company.

Pros

What I love most about working here is the incredible culture. From making a global impact during "Cares Day" to bonding at local team events, there’s a genuine passion for both service and fun. It is incredibly refreshing to be part of an organization where leadership's care for their employees is so clearly demonstrated.

Cons

While the sheer amount of change during my long tenure could be seen as a challenge for some, it has ultimately driven us forward. Navigating constant evolution takes effort, but I can confidently say that the company is stronger and more successful today than it has ever been.
