Pros
I have never worked for such an amazing company! They truly put their employees first and there is always someone to turn to for help. Everyone is very supportive and wants to help their co-workers succeed. Communication throughout the company is mind-blowing; it's not just a little bubble of the property you're at, you are interconnected with everyone. I have never seen so many employees in higher levels of a company so often actually in the field, they are hands on! Recognition is big within the company, even if its a simple shout out via e-mail with hundreds of employees copied; who doesn't like feeling appreciated?
Cons
Hard to think of any cons ... there is so much growth going on and so many new and exciting changes, employees on the lower levels aren't always given the most recent updates. Leasing consultants don't have access to some pretty basic tasks that would make completing tasks much easier.
