Pros

Amazing pay!!! One of the higher in our industry. They even pay maintenance on move ins/renewals!!! I've never worked for a company that does that. Great people who love team work and do a great job at encouraging each other. They really, really care about their employees!! Our higher ups are very approachable

Cons

Communication can sometimes be unclear or lacking. They put sometimes too much on their employees High turnover at the corporate level can make it difficult for onsite teams and I think this could be due to stretching their team a little too thin esp. for how fast Cortland is growing.
