WFH -which may be going away. Very diverse, but that may change with this president.

Cons

The deck is unfairly stacked. If they don’t like you, they will find a way to get rid of you.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
