Pros
Great pay, they take care of their employees. Few lower managers do a very very good job. Seems like the higher you go, the more incompetent you are.
Cons
I tripled quota and was still put on a “performance plan” from not making enough dials. Performance plans place you on a 6 month hiatus from promotion. So I left.
