Pros

Very dynamic company with lots of opportunity for learning, and growth. Fleetcor is flexible and forward thinking, with their eye on the ball in market trends. The people and management teams are great to work with here. If you have strong work ethics, the sky is the limit with this company.

Cons

There aren’t really any “cons” to working here. However, I would like to see the on-boarding process streamlined so that it doesn’t take 2-4 weeks to fully onboard a new hire with equipment and application/systems access. While there have been countless improvements over the last several years, this is an area that still needs some attention. I think creating “on-boarding profiles” for departments that have specific requirements beyond a standard setup could be a way to address the issue.

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

Cons

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
