      Pros

      Benefits are good. Maybe a good place to start if you are just out of school and need experience. Focus on corporate expansion and growth is positive. Investment in technology very good. If you are on the right side of the executives you've got it made.

      Cons

      Top level does not appear to care about its employees. Pay is so low I thought it was 1992. They have millions but sharing with their employees is very limited. They don't care about their customers. Boys club mentality at top level.

      Pros

      The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

      Cons

      Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
