Can't think of one. Them letting me go was more of a sigh of relief than anything to be completely honest with you.
Cons
Management tells you they're there to help you but they don't. It's a really stressful environment to work in. Extremely cliquey. If you aren't meeting the numbers they require they will kick you to the curb with no hesitation. No warning no nothing. Lack of integrity in company. Always hearing employees complaining about their commission being off gave me a lot of drive to want to leave and find a company that values me and won't take take take. They don't value their employees here. If you want to grow in a healthy work environment where you're actually valued and cared for and your career growth matters to your manager, don't work here.
