The only pros are the co-workers are nice people to work with.
Cons
This company steals from both their employees and their customers. They hold customer payments so they can charge huge late fees and than customer service and sales deal with the fall out. This company practices who you know and not what you know as far as advancement goes. If you are part of the in crowd you can do whatever you want and get away with it.
